About our Pipe
Our Poly lining is bonded thru the entire length of the pipe, not just at the ends.
PIPE
We use only the highest grade steel pipe. 1" X 25'
Then we mill 10 round threads onto the pipe with a precision threading lathe.
Our 1" pipe = 50,398psi Tensile strength & 40,870psi Yeld strength
Using Barlow's Formula, the working pressure is 5,800psi. With a theoretical burst pressure of 8,700psi.
We put a poly lining inside the steel pipe, and bond it premanently in place using a proprietary process, sealing it the entire length of the pipe, no gaps or voids.
Our poly won't shrink, or pull out of the pipe.
COLLARS
We manufacture our Heavy Duty collars, on site, to API standards.
Only the highest quality steel = 113,376psi Tensile Strength & 109,249psi Yeld Strength.
We provide Collar Seals that create a continuous "corrosion barrier" between pipe joints.
All threads on the pipe and in the collars are quality checked with precision dies insuring you get a prefect fit every time.
